Psychological trauma has been defined as "an emotional or psychological injury, usually resulting from an extremely stressful or life-threatening situation". It's generally accepted that trauma has a significant impact on our body. It has also been proven to have a significant impact on the mind and spirit.
I embrace a dynamic exploration with a compassionate approach that integrates the body, mind and spirit. Together we will open the possibility of your reconnection with your aliveness and wholeness, which involves recreating your relationship with the natural rhythm of your nervous system. This process mainly involves exploring barriers to your personal growth and expression, realizing a deeper understanding of sensations, feelings and thoughts, and releasing any unresolved traumatic stress that may be held in your body.
I believe it's our nature to be passionate, loving and at peace with ourselves and that we have the power and the resources within us to rekindle our creative expression, deepen our intimacy with self and others and have more contentment in our lives. We have the ability to be more aware of our immediate experience in every moment and feel more alive and authentic.
